How I practice self- care
Self-care is what keeps me sane, without self-care I cannot look after anyone else and as a coach that is everything that I do so essentially if I get it wrong, I cannot do my job. This is a distinction I think is important for anyone who works in the health and wellbeing space to get. Self-care is the foundation for your business.

Mindful workouts...celebrating what the body can do
Today I ran and ran. I found myself looking at my legs and thinking 'wow what a magnificent piece of transportation you are!' As I kept running about the Royal Parks I enjoyed the serenity of the cleverly crafted natural space and mindfully ran for the first time and it was the best run I have ever had.
