Hello readers! I am so pleased to have you here! I have so much to share with you, it has been a busy time here with the mobile platform launching, a new wellness challenge being released just yesterday, and working with local businesses in the Gladstone region over the past month to add value to individuals doing it tough! I am so excited about the progress of my mobile platform which now enables my coaching clients to receive their mind workouts (coaching sessions) direct to their mobile phone. As part of the celebration two days ago on Facebook and Instagram, I announced the new wellness challenge, Fit in 30 Days! This is a challenge with a difference!

These are the phrases we often hear ourselves saying when we have had a gutful. Expressing your emotions is vital for your mental health however there comes a time when you will need to choose to hold on to those emotions or let them go.

Today I spoke with a minister. I haven’t stepped into a church for 2 years other than for tourist purposes. To be honest I didn’t know what kind of response I was going to get I simply knew that I needed to discuss a part of me I hadn’t spoken about yet- God.
